A very busy Wednesday crafting in the air con to beat the heat.
Sue is the spinner (and Hans!) Barby spun the wool, Bonnie dyed it and knitted the gorgeous beanies for her grandsons .xoxo A pair of felted baby booties made by Donna.
Our members are always creative. We start by buying gorgeous fibre then spinning or felting it. When spun, weaving the yarn into lovely garments.The woven tunic in a linen/silk blend was created by Gita and beautifully modelled by Carol. Donna and Bonnie are keen to make more felted hats.
Our group is up and crafting for 2018. Here are a few items our members have completed. Lorraine’s beautiful handspun alpaca, knitted into a vest and modeled by Yu.

All handcrafted original items, felted scarves, knitted and crocheted items, handmade jewellry and Christmas decorations.
It is a great market with live music, coffee, food and Christmas goodies.
Recently some of our members visited the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and enjoyed the day.
